All payments for services are due as agreed in your service proposal, work agreement, or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment.

All materials created by Renovate Ease—including project plans, proposals, designs, and written content—remain the intellectual property of Renovate Ease until full payment is received. Ownership of custom-created content may be transferred upon full payment, as outlined in written agreements.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services “as is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Renovate Ease shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
